Work Approaches
With in my work field, training and consultation mean a lot more when one focuses on the concrete challenges and problems which the client experiences in their everyday situation.

A sound theoretical base is also important, as long as it is communicated in an accessible way and in the right dosage – which of course depends on the needs of the target group.

When this is combined with concrete exercises, joint reflection and discussions, the best approach to long-lasting learning is created. The stuff comes alive within the context of being together and creating dialogue and reflection, and when both you and I become part of the learning process.

I plan and carry out my tasks with an initial perspective on the things you find important – and on your experiences, wishes and needs.
Teaching

Having a good dynamic and a respectful focus on the process, the group and on every single participator are some of the golden keys to successful teaching and training.

I attach importance to creating a framework which inspires active participation from the group. It is important that the framework feels safe, challenging and flexible enough to work within – and with space for a good laugh, when needed!

Courses, workshops, seminars, lectures or after-work meetings – I deliver most of it.
Consultation

The quality of a project, a process of change or a leadership challenge which has an intercultural dimension to it, improves when viewed through a pair of ‘intercultural glasses’, i.e. by taking a professional viewpoint in intercultural encounters and communication.

In a dialogue with you, I zoom in on the intercultural challenges. I give advice and facilitate the processes i.e. of an organization in change or a team which is going to be built up. And if needed, I don’t mind turning things upside down.

I have experience within the field of:

• Developing, carrying out and evaluating projects.

•Planning and carrying out courses and competence development processes.

• Handling multicultural groups and teams.

In addition, I offer coaching of groups, teams and leaders in relation to intercultural challenges in your organisation.
